• 1/2 cup chopped tomato
• 1 cup arugula
• 1/2 cup grape seeds
Dressing:
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• pinch of black pepper
• pinch of sea salt
Instructions: Mix all ingredients.
